IAS Autumn celebrations themed Diwali will be celebrated on 18th November 2023. It is a members only event with members having an option to invite family and friends as guests.

IAS Sports Day was conducted on 7th October 2023. We had games across all age groups and genders spread across a month. The prize distribution was held on 7th October with medals distributed to the winners.

Theme : Ashtanga Yoga, led by NAJMEH SHAGHAEI , Alsion Yoga Community

Its an open invitation to all nationals. The event provides an excellent opportunity for all yoga enthusiasts and who wants to practise yoga. We welcome you, your friends and families to join the largest Yoga gathering in Sønderborg.

Open to all age groups and do not require any fitness level or previous exposure to yoga. Please bring your yoga mats to the venue. Looking forward to welcoming you all!

The sports day will be held on the Saturday, 17th of September 2022  between 4:30 PM  and 7 PM at Sønderskov Hallen and may we ask you to block your calendar for those dates. The detailed agenda for the sports day will be communicated later. 

The association plans to conduct a wide array of sports activities leading up to the sports day, and the agenda for those activities are in the schedule above. You can register for the various activities using the link below, and please be informed that the last date of registration for the various sporting activities is Sunday, the 28th of August.

IAS, would like to invite everyone for a spring food festival to celebrate diversity and the arrival of the spring. This event is open for All. On the same day, we will have the 4th AGM of the IAS and you can interact with the board members during the same to make IAS even better association that engages the community.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only event registrants are permitted entry to this celebration. Mere registration as IAS Member automatically does not entitle you to be a part of this event. Signup now using the link https://bit.ly/3jUXUB4.

2. All registered members of IAS, participating in the event will be provided with a voucher worth DKK 50 per adult that can be used in the food stall. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

3. Non-Members participating in the event and willing to buy food can use either cash or MobilePay at the respective counters as applicable. 

4. Coupon are given only to IAS members who register and participate in the event and are not entitled to collect coupons on behalf of other members.

5. Food Stall availability is limited and will be made available on First come, First serve basis. Volunteers interested to setup a food stall shall contact Kalaivani at +45 91 72 29 46 for more details and available facilities and food varieties to prepare.

6. IAS board reserves the rights to cancel the event for reasons beyond our control, in which case we will do everything we reasonably can to let you know.

7. You are responsible for all your personal belongings at the event.

8. Smoking, alcohol or intoxication of any sort is strictly not allowed inside the venue. IAS reserves rights to expel anyone who creates intoxicated menace.

9. Parents are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. We strongly recommend to keep an eye on them the entire duration.

10. It is very important to maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the venue. Please do not litter.

11. Please be noted that signing of GDPR form is required if you want your photograph’s to be featured on our upcoming website and future marketing material.

12. Any damage caused to venue property or equipment's at venue will have to be borne by the responsible party.

13. Requests of any kind of personal events, messages or celebrations during event will not be entertained.

14. Please carefully listen to the Evacuation Plan communicated in the beginning of event.
